Our story
We are Adeline and Robin, two children from the Alès region, passionate about gastronomy and attached to our region. After training as a chef and waitress in St Jean du Gard and specializing in sommellerie, we worked in numerous prestigious establishments, from Monaco to Montgenèvre, but also closer to home at La Lozerette and the Yacht Club de la Grande Motte. It was during these experiences that Robin forged his passion for refined cuisine combining land and sea with fresh, seasonal, and typical regional products. For my part, I have perfected my knowledge of our heritage wines, in order to select for you a list of local, prestigious, and lesser-known wines with aromas and flavors specifically suited to Robin's dishes.
